1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Yes Sir mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Yes Sir is a task management and productivity application that helps you organize, track, and complete tasks. The App includes:

• Task creation, editing, and organization with priorities and deadlines
• Calendar view for task scheduling
• AI-powered productivity assistant ("AI Buddy") for task planning and advice
• Productivity reports and analytics
• Local notifications for task reminders
• Optional PIN lock for app security

3. User Accounts and Data

Yes Sir does not require account registration. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any PIN lock you set within the App.

4. Free and Premium Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes full access to task management features and limited AI Buddy usage (5,000 tokens per day).

4.2 Premium Plan

The Premium plan is available as a monthly subscription at $1.00/month and includes:

• 10,000 AI tokens per day
• Priority AI responses
• Premium features

4.3 Payment and Billing

Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play. By subscribing, you agree to Google Play's terms of service and payment policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the App settings or Google Play. Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

5. AI Buddy Service

5.1 AI Limitations

The AI Buddy feature is provided for informational and productivity assistance purposes only. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.

5.2 No Professional Advice

AI Buddy does not provide professional, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Do not rely on AI responses for critical decisions.

5.3 Token System

AI usage is measured in tokens. Tokens reset daily at midnight. Unused tokens do not carry over to the next day.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the AI Buddy to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limitations or token restrictions
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Yes Sir and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YES SIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

10. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or other causes. We recommend regularly backing up your device.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
